2011 was the first year I made this wine style. It was made light and fresh but the age has really devolved some intricate flavours over the years. Caramelized peach with subtle toast, cashew honeysuckle on the nose. Round rich and well balanced pallet which displays peach and honeydue. Quite a rich wine so best enjoyed with food. Roast chicken or pork. A good hardy meal. Do not have this wine too cold. I can’t stress that enough.
