2017 Convicts & Catholics Chardonnay

2015 is the third vintage of our Chardonnay in the Convicts & Catholics range. In contrast to our Tudor Chardonnay, this wine is fermented predominantly in stainless steel with just a kiss of oak, leading to a light, fresh and fruit driven wine.
Colour: Straw
Nose: Aromas of melon and citrus with a hint of flintiness from the subtle use of oak.
Palate: A generous fruit driven palate with light acidity and a long finish.
Food Match: white fish, shellfish or is an enjoyable drink on its own.
