2014 Tudor Chardonnay

A fantastic vintage all round in the Chardonnay Vineyard! The weather was mild and the rains stayed away at the right time which allowed for an even and clean crop. This paved the way for the winemakers to make a sensational Chardonnay.
Colour: Vibrant gold
Nose: Melon and stone fruit supported by clean minerality and burnt matchstick complexities from French oak fermentation.
Palate: The rich melon and stone fruit complexity create a lifted, crisp palate with great length and style.
Food Match: A variety of fish including tuna, salmon or swordfish, also chicken, creamy pasta dishes and creamy cheeses will all match well with this wine.
Cellaring: 5 - 10 years.
